As Next Gen Men's Executive Director, Jake is passionate about changing the way we see, act, and think about masculinity among youth, in communities, and at the workplace towards a future where boys & men experience less pain, and cause less harm.
Jake has earned recognition from Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, Ashoka, the British Council, and the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. He has spoken at the United Nations as part of the Canadian Delegation and has also served as a proud advisor to the Calgary Immigrant Women's Association, Canadian Women & Sport.
Jake is most proud of speaking at the United Nations, co-authoring the forthcoming A Kids Book About Masculinity, and becoming the new publisher of Voice Male magazine continuing a 40-year legacy chronicling the pro-feminist movement.

Chad Eggerman
Procido LLP
Chad Eggerman is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta and has advised contractors on projects in all of these jurisdictions over the past two decades in private practice. Chad has advised on many major construction projects in Saskatchewan over the years including a stadium, wastewater treatment facilities, roads, bridges, regional landfills, firehalls , aquatic centres, hospitals and others. Chad was an equity Partner at a National law firm and later a Partner at a Western Canadian law firm, before co-founding Procido LLP in 2022. Procido provides front-end advice to contractors and suppliers on contracts and back-end advice to contractors and suppliers on dispute resolution.

Kaytlyn Barber
Partner, KPMG Enterprise Advisory Services
Kaytlyn is a Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Advisory Services practice in Regina and leads the Saskatchewan Global Infrastructure Advisory practice. Kaytlyn focuses on providing strategic, commercial, economic and financial services to asset-intensive organizations. In the past decade, she has advised on over $15B in capital projects from coast-to-coast, including leading the development of over 50 different business cases for projects across various sectors.
As the leader of Saskatchewan’s dedicated infrastructure advisory team, Kaytlyn has advised on Saskatchewan’s most complex and impactful projects, changing the way we live, work and play.

Jeff Clezy
Heidelberg Materials
Jeff Clezy is a Senior Technical Sales Representative and Sustainability Ambassador at Heidelberg Materials - Cement Division since 2012. His role is to provide technical support to cement and concrete related clients for Saskatoon and Saskatchewan Northern region, supporting the ready-mix concrete, precast, mining and roadbuilding industries to name a few. He is also active in other industry related associations such as Concrete Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Construction Association, Saskatchewan Construction Association, Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM) and others. Jeff has served on the American Concrete Institute (ACI) SK Chapter board in the past as a director, as Vice President and President. While at home with his wife and 2 boys, much time is spent around hockey rinks.

Richard Fowler
Heidelberg Materials
Richard Fowler was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He earned his Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina before beginning a career in the industrial supply business. For 15 years, Richard worked at Linde Canada, formerly known as Praxair, where he held various roles. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge and collaborated with clients across diverse sectors, including mining, oil and gas, agricultural manufacturing, and steel production.
In June 2023, Richard transitioned to a new career as a Technical Sales Representative for Heidelberg Materials cement division, covering Regina and Southern Saskatchewan. In this role, he helps clients while also serving as a sustainability ambassador for the company. Richard is a member of the Concrete Sask Board, actively involved in other industry associations, and a concrete certified ACI CSA Standards Field Testing Technician.
Outside of work, Richard is passionate about continuous learning and giving back to his community. He believes in the power of building strong relationships and is dedicated to contributing to the sustainable future of the construction industry in Saskatchewan.

Eric Lemaire
Nudura (part of the Tremco Construction Products Group)
Eric has spent his career in the world of architectural design and is currently the Canadian Commercial Development Manager for Nudura (part of the Tremco Construction Products Group). His presentation will discuss the evolution of the Insulated Concrete Form industry from both the manufacturing perspective, as well as that of building code compliance. Although commonly used in single family applications, several examples will be explored that show the use of Nudura in commercial, educational, and multi-family settings. By exploring the advantages and challenges associated with this type of construction, Eric will highlight the importance of well-planned design and the versatility when incorporating other building systems, as well as the efficiency with which these buildings can be constructed and the long-term durability and reduced operating costs of the finished product.
